This is a post I’ve been wanting to write for some time. The past six months have been amazing! I feel so incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to participate as a MS Run the US relay runner and reach so many new milestones in my life.
The past six months have taught me a lot about myself and those around me. I learned that if I took action, worked hard, and stayed committed to my goals I would reap big rewards. I also learned just how important and special the support I receive is. I would not have been able to complete Operation 165 without all the amazing support, encouragement, motivation, and inspiration I receive on a daily basis from those around me.
You have all helped me become a better version of myself, discover and develop my potential, and keep my passion burning hot each and every day.
Thanks to you, I found the drive to complete 20 weeks of training, run 166 miles in 6 days, and raise over $10,000 to help find a cure for MS. I hope that my actions will inspire and motivate others.
Being a part of the MS Run the US relay, I have been able to connect with great minds and passionate leaders. Thank you for inspiring me to do amazing things. Thank you for supporting me and helping me. Thank you for creating the vision of the relay.
Running 166 miles for MS has left me a changed person. The experience was like no other I’ve had in my life, and I believe this is only the beginning. Let’s keep supporting each other, inspiring each other, and creating change.
