A New Workout and Graduation

Good morning peeps!!  It’s Wednesday, and that means a new workout for the week!  But, before we talk workouts, there’s been a flurry of activity in our house that I can’t wait to share!  The month of May has been super busy with lots of planning and prep work.  We have been preparing for my daughter’s high school graduation and open house.  This weekend I watched my daughter walk across the stage and accept her high school diploma.  It’s hard to believe she is no longer a little girl.  She has blossomed into a beautiful, smart, witty, and caring young lady.  Not only did my daughter graduate, but my nephew also graduated from the same school.  It was fabulous to be able to watch them both as they enter this new chapter in their lives.  Here are a few quick snapshots from the weekend fun:

Congratulations to the Class of 2014!

As you can probably guess, all of this celebrating included a quite a bit of food and several indulgences.  A tough workout was in order!  So, here’s what I put together for this week –
